The nail plate is composed of three layers. It is naturally the visible, outer layer that is particularly sensitive to outside elements and can very easily be damaged by too much sun, cold weather or detergents.

• GET MANICURE READY: The Mavala Nail Shielf reinforces and protects thin, weak, and fragile nails in two phases. The 2 step process strengthens the most sensitive top nail plate that can be damaged by too much sun, cold weather, and detergents.
• PHASE 1: Apply a coat of the strengthening fingernail polish over the entire clean nail. Leave on to dry for a few minutes (nylon fibers will then be visible). Part of the 2 step Mavala nail care kit.
• PHASE 2: Apply a coat of sealer and leave on to dry completely. If the surface stays rough, apply a second coat. Continue your manicure by applying nail polish or a top coat only. Allow to dry thoroughly.
